On Holocaust Remembrance Day an Anti-War Rally took place in Belfast on Saturday the 27th January 2024 when thousands took to the streets to show their support for the Palestinian people.  Demonstrators assembled at writers square and marched along Royal Avenue and assembled at Belfast City Hall where several passionate speeches were made to a crowd of many hundreds. Anti-War Rally in Belfast on Sunday the 15th October 2023 when thousands took to the streets to show their support for the Palestinian people.  Demonstrators traveled from the Glen Road in West Belfast to an assembly point at writers square facing St Anns cathedral before making there way along Royal Avenue to the front of Belfast City Hall where a speeches where made to a crowd numbering several thousand.
